So anyway

Every time I talk to Brett on the phone, the conversation includes some version of the following:

Brett: "Hang on, let me get this sand out of my shoe."

Brett: "So, anyway-whoa! That is so beautiful! Oh, I wish you could see this...."

Brett: "Erin, it's so warm out here. It's in the 60s!"

Brett: "I just passed a movie set."

Brett: "Let me call you right back. I'm ordering sushi."
