I DON'T LIKE SHOWING MY HOUSE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS. EVERY SMUDGE ON THE WALL, EVERY BASKET OF LAUNDRY, EVERY PIECE OF PAPER, EVERY SPOT ON THE CARPET IS GLARING AT ME!!!!! AAARRRRRRGH.

It's enough to make you call the whole thing off!

Isn't it?

Verification word: BAWFI

I think it's way BAWFI that you're moving.

Easy to take the house off the market and love those spots and stains! Remember to only show the house to people who have an 11 year old boy!

NO NO No. Sell the basement & half the garage in order to put a first and last months rent on a 2 bdrm apt in So. CA. That way you can keep the "door open". And if you need to screen "lookers", I could form a RS committee. We know how to size people up, guess their sincerity about HONEST looking, make a pretty close estimate on their financial status. We would serve cookies & they would thank us when we stop them at the driveway entrance. Well???

Wow. Now that is an idea. There's got to be a way to do this thing right!

i know the feeling, when we were trying to sell in idaho, our real estate agent would come over when we were gone, and had NO time to clean up---- try doing this for over a year--- at some point, someone's going to see your dirty underwear laundry. And then you find out a couple of months later, who it was that came to see your house when it was such a mess, and then you'll want to disappear out of embarrassment. At least you haven't had that smudge!
