WARMTH AND DOTS

Spencer came home about 7 p.m. last night and asked where the big bag of peanut m&ms was. Not good. I ate them all. A big bag of them. I also ate a big box of Dots, because, I don't know, don't you ever crave Dots? I go for maybe a year and then, one day, I just gotta get me some Dots! Must....have....some....Dots....right....noooowwww!!
After about one or two, I'm all-yeah I'm good for another year or so.
I learned a lot about myself yesterday. When I'm stressed, I want junk food. Blast! On a non-food note, I also crave warmth. Yesterday, I either wanted to be submerged in super warm/hot water, under my puffy, warm comforter, or to have warm hands giving me a massage. Since I had no massage options (dang!), and since Kate had slept well the night before leaving me not tired, I opted for the warm/hot water option. One day I want to try the water 1st, then a massage, then under the comforter for a nap. I can't even image how toasty warm I would be. Sweet.
Maddie brought home the GLEE season 1 CD that we've been listening to. I so love it. I love how it is introducing this young generation to oldies but goodies that I grew up listening to.
I get to play my keyboard and sing some harmonies tonight, which makes me happy. Right now we're doing a little Jellyfish, Wings and Crowded House. All is well, except when I will try and fit in my jeans. Hey I know what will fit--cotton pajama pants! Nice.

Fresh Dots. YUM. Remember the trip where I kept closing the box of Dots, and Kimi got so mad, bc she likes them stale, and kept leaving them opened. It took me three days to figure out she wanted the box left open.
